At Rainbow Provisions, we pride ourselves on delivering a wide array of local, frozen desserts, including our very own King of Pops, directly to your doorstep. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our refund and return policy below:

Refunds and Returns

  1. Eligibility for Refunds
    • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Only products that are damaged, melted, spoiled, or incorrect upon arrival are eligible for a refund.
    • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
  2. How to Request a Refund
    • To initiate a refund, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@rainbowprovisions.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged, melted, spoiled, or incorrect items.
    • Our team will review your request and, if approved, process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  3. Non-Refundable Items
    • Items that are not damaged, melted, spoiled, or incorrect upon arrival are not eligible for a refund.
    • Refusal of delivery for non-damaged, non-melted, non-spoiled items will not be eligible for a refund.
  4. Chargebacks
    • Refunds will only be processed through our Customer Service team. We do not accept or process chargebacks for refunds. Any attempt to secure a refund through a chargeback will be declined.
  5. Refund Processing
    • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.
    • Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
